Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AcePal’s liability is limited to:

  • The amount you paid for premium services in the past 12 months, or $100, whichever is greater
  • We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
  • This includes but is not limited to: academic performance, lost learning opportunities, or educational outcomes

  • Immediate response to safety concerns involving children
